A quick and easy healthy snack combining crisp celery sticks with creamy peanut butter, perfect for kids, office bites, or a light afternoon treat.

  • 68 fresh celery stalks
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter (natural or unsweetened)
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon honey
  • Optional: 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Optional toppings: raisins, chopped nuts, dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Wash the celery stalks under cold water and pat dry.
  2. Trim about 1/2 inch from both ends of each celery stalk to remove tough parts.
  3. Cut each stalk into 3-4 inch segments.
  4. If desired, mix peanut butter with honey or cinnamon in a small bowl.
  5. Spread about 1 tablespoon of creamy peanut butter onto the inner groove of each celery piece.
  6. Optionally sprinkle raisins, chopped nuts, or dark chocolate chips on top.
  7. Arrange the prepared celery on a plate and serve immediately.

Notes

Slice celery diagonally for a larger surface area to hold more peanut butter. Remove celery strings for better texture. Warm peanut butter slightly to ease spreading. Store celery and peanut butter separately if prepping ahead to maintain freshness.
