A quick, easy, and healthy frozen yogurt bark snack featuring full-fat Greek yogurt, mixed berries, and optional chia seeds for crunch. Perfect for a refreshing, guilt-free treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups (480 ml) full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 23 tablespoons (3045 ml) honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup (150 g) mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, sliced strawberries), fresh or frozen
  • 1 tablespoon (15 g) chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) vanilla extract
  • Optional toppings: toasted coconut flakes, chopped nuts (almonds or pistachios), dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine 2 cups of full-fat Greek yogurt with 2 to 3 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Stir gently until smooth and evenly sweetened.
  2. Rinse fresh berries and pat dry. Slice larger berries like strawberries into thin pieces. If using frozen berries, let them thaw slightly.
  3. Gently fold in 1 cup of mixed berries and 1 tablespoon of chia seeds if using, being careful not to crush the berries.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat. Pour the yogurt mixture onto it and spread evenly to about 1/4 inch thickness.
  5. Sprinkle optional toppings such as toasted coconut flakes, chopped nuts, or dark chocolate chips on top if desired.
  6. Place the tray flat in the freezer and freeze for 4 to 6 hours or overnight until firm.
  7. Once frozen solid, peel the bark off the parchment paper and break into rustic, bite-sized pieces. Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
