Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and freshly ground black pepper (about 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes if using. Set aside.
  3. Heat a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil. Heat until shimmering but not smoking, about 2 minutes.
