A simple and festive mimosa bar setup perfect for couples to enjoy a romantic brunch with minimal prep and customizable flavors.

Ingredients

  • Chilled Sparkling Wine (750 ml / one bottle) – Brut or extra dry, Prosecco recommended
  • Fresh Orange Juice (2 cups / 16 fl oz)
  • Fresh Pomegranate Juice (1 cup / 8 fl oz) – can substitute cranberry juice
  • Peach Nectar (1 cup / 8 fl oz)
  • Fresh Fruit Garnishes – orange slices, raspberries, pomegranate arils, peach slices
  • Mint Sprigs

Instructions

  1. Chill your sparkling wine and juices for at least 1 hour to keep bubbles alive and flavors crisp.
  2. Prep your fruit garnishes by slicing oranges into thin wheels, halving raspberries, scooping pomegranate arils, and slicing peaches. Arrange in small bowls or on a platter.
  3. Set up your juice station by pouring each juice into separate small pitchers or carafes.
  4. Arrange glasses next to the juices and fruit garnishes, adding a mint sprig to each glass for aroma.
  5. Mix mimosas using a classic ratio of 2 parts sparkling wine to 1 part juice. Pour juice first, then top with sparkling wine to avoid excess foam. Stir gently if needed.
  6. Enjoy immediately to savor the bubbles at their best.

Notes

Keep all ingredients well chilled to maintain bubbles. Pour juice first, then sparkling wine slowly to avoid fizz overflow. Use fresh juice for best flavor. Garnishes add flavor and visual appeal. Leftover juices can be stored up to 3 days refrigerated; opened sparkling wine lasts 2 days with stopper. Mimosas are best served fresh and not reheated.
