A quick and easy non-alcoholic holiday punch made with cranberry juice, ginger ale, and frozen fruit. Perfect for parties and gatherings, this refreshing drink comes together in under 10 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups cranberry juice (100% juice)
  • 2 cups ginger ale
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)
  • 2 cups frozen cranberries
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries or mixed berries
  • 1 orange, thinly sliced into rounds
  • 1 lime, thinly sliced into rounds
  • 6–8 fresh mint sprigs
  • Ice cubes or ice ring

Instructions

  1. Make the ice ring (optional): The night before or at least 4 hours before serving, arrange orange slices, lime slices, and a handful of frozen cranberries in a Bundt pan or ring mold. Fill halfway with water or cranberry juice and freeze until solid (about 3-4 hours). Add more water to fill the mold and freeze completely overnight.
  2. Mix the juice base: In a large pitcher or measuring cup, combine 4 cups cranberry juice, 1 cup orange juice, 1/2 cup pomegranate juice, and 1/4 cup fresh lime juice. Stir gently with a wooden spoon until well combined. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
  3. Chill everything: Pour the juice mixture into your punch bowl or dispenser. Add the frozen cranberries and frozen raspberries. Let sit for about 5 minutes so the frozen fruit starts to thaw slightly.
  4. Add the ginger ale last: Right before serving, slowly pour in 2 cups of ginger ale. Stir gently (one or two turns) to combine.
  5. Add the ice ring or ice cubes: If using an ice ring, carefully unmold it by running warm water over the outside of the pan for about 10 seconds. Gently slide the ring into the punch bowl. If using regular ice, add it now.
  6. Garnish and serve: Arrange fresh mint sprigs around the top of the punch bowl or tuck them between ice cubes. Slap each mint sprig gently between your palms before adding to release the oils. Ladle into punch cups, making sure each serving gets some floating fruit and a mint leaf.

Notes

For best results, chill all juices before mixing. Add ginger ale last to preserve carbonation. The ice ring helps keep the punch cold without diluting it. If making ahead, mix juice base (without ginger ale) and refrigerate up to 24 hours; add ginger ale and ice just before serving.
