A quick and easy fresh frozen peach lemonade slushie with mint that delivers a perfectly balanced sweet, tart, and herbal refreshing summer drink.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups (about 300 grams) frozen peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup (240 ml) lemonade (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1012 fresh mint leaves, washed and lightly muddled
  • 12 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (optional)
  • 1 cup (150 grams) ice cubes
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) water (optional, if blend is too thick)

Instructions

  1. Freeze the peaches: Peel and slice fresh peaches, spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  2. Muddle the mint: Place mint leaves in a small bowl or blender jar and gently bruise them with a muddler or back of a spoon to release oils without bitterness.
  3. Blend ingredients: Add frozen peaches, lemonade, muddled mint, honey or agave syrup, and ice cubes to the blender.
  4. Pulse and blend: Start blending on low speed, then increase to high. Blend for 45-60 seconds until smooth and slush-like. Add water gradually if too thick.
  5. Taste and adjust: Add more honey for sweetness or more lemonade for tartness, blending briefly after adjustments.
  6. Serve immediately: Pour into chilled glasses, garnish with mint sprig or lemon wedge, and enjoy.

Notes

Freeze peaches ahead of time for best texture. Muddle mint gently to avoid bitterness. Use pulse blending first to avoid overheating. Adjust sweetness last after tasting. Store leftovers in freezer up to 24 hours and re-blend before serving.
