A fresh, colorful, and easy-to-assemble fruit charcuterie board paired with a creamy honey yogurt dip, perfect for quick snacks, light desserts, or casual gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • Strawberries, hulled and halved
  • Green grapes, washed and left whole
  • Red apple, thinly sliced (firm variety like Honeycrisp)
  • Blueberries
  • Pineapple chunks (optional)
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or low-fat)
  • 2 tablespoons honey (raw or regular)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)
  • Chopped nuts like almonds or pistachios (optional)
  • Dried fruits such as apricots or cranberries (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Fruit (10 minutes): Wash all fresh fruit thoroughly. Hull and halve the strawberries, thinly slice the apple (toss slices in lemon water to prevent browning), cut pineapple into bite-sized chunks. Leave grapes and blueberries whole. Arrange on a large platter or board, grouping like fruits or mixing colors for a vibrant look.
  2. Make the Creamy Honey Yogurt Dip (5 minutes): In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup plain Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons honey, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Optionally add 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice. Whisk gently until smooth and creamy. Adjust sweetness by adding more honey if desired.
  3. Arrange the Board (5 minutes): Place the yogurt dip in a small bowl or ramekin on the serving board. Arrange fruit around the dip in clusters or rows, balancing colors and shapes. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and optional chopped nuts.
  4. Serve Immediately or Chill: Best served fresh but can be chilled up to 2 hours. If prepping ahead, cover with plastic wrap and keep dip separate until serving.

Notes

Use ripe but firm fruit to avoid mushiness. Toss apple slices in lemon water to prevent browning. Adjust dip consistency with a splash of milk or lemon juice if too thick. Can substitute Greek yogurt with dairy-free yogurt and honey with maple syrup for vegan option. Add cinnamon or almond extract for flavor variations. Keep dip separate if prepping ahead to maintain freshness.
